My approach to coaching
I see partnering between you and me as an important key to your successful development process and to achieving desired outcomes. I will be providing a safe, creative and non-judgemental space, asking thought-provoking questions and listening to help you explore, reflect and make decisions. It is you who defines the goals and makes the choice to take a particular course of action.
Coaching focuses on helping the coachee to take responsibility for identifying their own goals, assessing their own strengths and areas for development and identifying their own solutions for moving forwards.
Coaching conversations are powerful. In line with the mainstream approach to coaching I will be asking you questions that will help you to see your situation from a different perspective, gain clarity, uncover options, what issues may be blocking your progress, challenge inconsistencies and hold you accountable to your actions. You will develop the right exercises and action plans to help you achieve your goals.
In addition, if you are interested I offer some tools or options how you could achieve your goals. However, it solely up to you, to evaluate, whether such tools might be useful for you and you include them in your strategy and action plan. I will also support you to be mindful about how you feel in contrast how you might be thinking about the problems and situations. You will learn how to listen to your bodily feelings and take their advise on what is best for you and the concrete course of action.
You may engage in coaching for a variety of reasons. It can help you to make changes in your life, business or career, improve your performance, enhance your relationships with others or develop specific skills.
